Jorge Deleon and Fred Bartlit met during a donors visit at the Bartlit’s residence in March 2008. During that visit Mr. Bartlit and DeLeon discussed their respected times in the Army and realized they had similar experiences, which created a closer relationship between the two. Afterwards, Mr.Bartlit and his wife Jana offered their house to host a party and invite their friends to raise awareness and fundraising for CSAH.
“A lot of time and preparation has gone into this event and I am fortunate to be able to work with the Bartlit’s and CSAH to have such a great event. This event is going to hopefully generate some new donors and support for the Coalition to Salute America’s Heroes. Fred and Jana have been so gracious and kind and they just keep giving.” DeLeon said.
